1. The online shop is conducting the sale of the goods behind the mediation networks Internet at the www.pela-coins.eu address

2. In the moment for placing an order the customer receives with e-mail information about receiving it and approval through the shop in  24 h.

3. Enrolling to the completion of an order of goods is taking place in the moment of approval by the company Pela-Coins, of folded ordering by the online shop.

4. Our shop is selling folded ordering by the online shop available products but as a result of unpredictable situations (e.g. selling all accessible positions out) we are reserving the right to refuse the completion of an order or to extend the date of delivery.

5. The customer in the time of 3 days can annul the placed order form over the phone, with e-mail at the info@pela-coins.eu address reporting in the topic the No. of the order.

6. Prices are being quoted in zlotys or in the euro and they contain the value added tax, if it is appearing. The quoted price by every goods in the moment of placing an order by the customer is binding. The delivery charge isn't counted in to prices of goods and he is being added to the price of the order.

7. The delivery of goods is held in the way chosen by the customer and set out in the order.

8. Date of delivery ordered and available in the shop positions (except for goods offered in the advance booking) till 7 days from the moment of posting funds in an account of our company.

9. The customer can choose the following forms of the receipt of the parcel:

   • with Polish Mail - valuable parcel (price list of the Polish Mail)

   • courier parcel - the cost of the courier parcel with declared value 500 zloty- costs  35 zloty.

10. The customer can choose the following modes of payment of ordered goods:

    • at the receipt: a postman or a  courier are taking the due amount

    • with bank transfer on account

    • on-line through Paypal (cost of ordering automatically increased by 2 % amounts of the purchase)

11. Payments for an order, should be made  till 5 days from the day of making an order, after this time the order form is being annulled and it doesn't have an opportunity to restore to the accomplishment.

12. In case of the form of the purchase "cash on delivery", buyer is obliged to confirm ordering by sending with electronic mail  an information to the info@pela-coins.eu address

13. "Pela-Coins" is reserving the right for the change of prices of products taken up with promotion.

14. The customer is entitled to a right to complain about purchased goods in time till 10 days from receiving goods or an exchange for other product from our offer, or demanding the refund (after prior sending back goods together with the receipt of purchase).

15. Making a complaint should take place via the email or over the phone.

16. Quoted prices of offered goods are gross prices and they don't contain postages.

17. The possibility of VAT invoice- on a request of the buyer.
